I spoke too soon last post about my cooking........oops!

So, I had this wonderful idea to cook Margarita Chicken last night. This was such an intense recipe that I had to marinate the chicken overnight and everything. I was so proud of myself b/c it smelled good and it looked good too. I got to use chili powder, cumin, garlic, lime zest........It had a touch of orange juice and lime juice in it....just a touch, I swear!!!! Well, when it was all said and done. This is what James' face looked like. Hahaha. He said that it felt like it ate the enamel off his teeth and it made his jaw ache!!!!!! We ordered out..... Needless to say, I WILL continue to let him be my guinea pig and will continue cook neat things that will probably make him puke. So for tonight, we are having Beef and Spinach Enchiladas....................to be continued...........hopefully, if we make it through.
