Whatever you do.....make sure you bring your STUFF....otherwise....what's the point?

Not really sure where this post is coming. The only thing I am sure of, is that it's been a WHILE. First off....HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII. hehe

I've missed writing, but dang...a girls' been busy. Beyond your belief I have been busy. But hey, that's life, right?

I learned something very intriguing today. Earlier at church, the pastor was telling a story about....well, basically, being prepared in all situations you go willingly in to. He called it....bringing your STUFF. Right after he said it, I knew I was going to like it. He proceeded to tell us what STUFF stood for....and I think you are going to like it.

S - Strength
T - Talent
U - Undying commitment to success
F - Focus
F - Fun

It seems so obvious right? If you don't bring your STUFF.......what do you get out of it.....doesn't look like enjoyment to me........

I feel like today was such an eventful day.....many things happened. For one....I've began to realize slowly that....I enjoy myself, and that's a really cool thing to be able to do. I've begun to find comfort in myself. Knowing what it feels like to make myself smile....because I'm happy and not just for someone else......it makes a smile a hundred times more enjoyable. When you can share your OWN happiness with another.....that's lagniappe. We all enjoy lagniappe.....however, it's not a necessity.

I've also began to question myself about love. Wow I know there are so many different kinds of love.....The only one I am absolutely positively 100% sure about.....is the love I feel when I am with my family. I pray that everyone has the chance to feel the kind of love I feel when I am with my family. It's something so beautiful that words can't describe and every thought draws a tear to my eye. Not a sad tear.....but a tear for something so much bigger than I am...... Basically, it makes me rethink the way people throw the word "love" around.

You know the famous line "Love means never having to say you're sorry."? I call bs on that one. A big part of love is being able to say you are sorry. It's when you don't say it.......
